ZhenMem provides commercial memory management, opportunity matching, API access, collaboration tooling, and related account services for individuals, teams, and automation clients.
The platform may expose free, paid, trial, and enterprise-only capabilities. Access to advanced quotas, uploads, matching depth, or automation features depends on the active subscription tier and account status.
Users must keep login credentials, refresh tokens, and API keys secure. Actions performed through a valid account or API key are treated as actions authorized by that account owner.
You must not use the service to distribute malware, impersonate third parties, violate confidentiality obligations, scrape protected data, or attempt to bypass rate limits, billing controls, or security restrictions.
Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions of any business profiles, opportunity descriptions, uploaded files, feedback records, or contact information submitted to the service.
Matching results, rankings, and AI-generated responses are decision-support outputs. They can inform business judgment, but they do not replace your own diligence on counterparties, contracts, pricing, or regulatory obligations.
Paid plans, order creation, and API privileges may be suspended or limited when invoices remain unpaid, payment callbacks fail, fraud signals are detected, or account activity creates operational or legal risk.
ZhenMem may rotate, revoke, or disable API keys, uploads, or conversation access when required for abuse prevention, incident response, data protection, or system maintenance.
